My interest in accounting began long before Ekzeteo. I completed Accounting I and II in high school and originally began college as an accounting major before ultimately pursuing a career in education.

Years later, I found myself drawn back to the work I had enjoyed from the beginning: organizing information, working with numbers, analyzing details, and creating systems that help people make informed decisions.

Bookkeeping brings together many of my strongest skills. It requires accuracy, consistency, problem-solving, clear communication, and an understanding of how individual details contribute to a larger financial picture.

Most importantly, it gives me the opportunity to provide practical, behind-the-scenes support to business owners who are working hard to build something meaningful.

These certifications reflect training in QuickBooks Online setup, transactions, banking, reconciliation, reporting, cleanup workflows, payroll fundamentals, and client support.

I also continue to strengthen my bookkeeping knowledge through ongoing practice, professional development, and the study of reliable bookkeeping processes.

Ekzeteo is a Greek word associated with seeking diligently, searching earnestly, and pursuing with intention.

The name reflects the way I approach my work: asking thoughtful questions, looking beneath the surface, and seeking the clarity needed to understand the full picture.

In bookkeeping, that means paying attention to details while also helping business owners see the larger story their numbers are telling.
